Wenzhou Yilian Decoration Material Co., Ltd., an integrated manufacturer and trader of WPC (Wood-Plastic Composite) doors,adopts a streamlined production process and makes full use of multiple professional equipment such as conical twin-screw extruder, CNC saw, panel saw, multi-axis drilling machines, etc. to ensure product quality and production efficiency.

● Raw material preparation stage: In this stage, we mix high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polypropylene (PP) with wood fibers, additives and stabilizers in a high-speed mixer, and then extrude them in a conical twin-screw extruder to form a uniform WPC compound.

● Profile extrusion stage: The compound is formed into door panels or frames through extrusion lines and calibrated dies, and finally cooled in a water bath or air cooling system.

● Cutting and forming stage: We use CNC saws or panel saws to trim the products to precise specifications, and sometimes the edges need to be finished.

● Assembly stage: During the assembly process, we use edge banders, multi-axis drilling machines and reinforcement techniques like adhesive bonding or mechanical fastening to connect the components.

● Quality inspection stage: Before packaging, staff will use calipers, flatness testers and visual checks to verify dimensional accuracy, strength and aesthetics
